The name Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ is derived from the Goblin language, as Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ was founded by Shraksea, who was culturaly Rattu.

The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ's construction back out of the project. Shraksea pushed on reguardles, and Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow cobblestone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ's Ragnarock-era relics has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vûna Ru̹qû Kâchyâ’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the city has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.
